Key Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of MoRTH, NHAI, and R&B guidelines and standards.
  • Analyze tender documents thoroughly, including eligibility criteria and qualification requirements.
  • Prepare and compile complete tender documentation such as Pre-Qualification (PQ) submissions, Bid documents, BOQs, and financial bids.
  • Ensure strict compliance with technical expertise, financial eligibility, and client-specific conditions for successful bid participation.
  • Plan, organize, and monitor all tendering activities to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
  • Coordinate preparation of supporting reports, clarifications, and technical or commercial inputs required for bid submissions.
  • Continuously track and review tender portals/websites to identify and evaluate upcoming infrastructure project opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management highlighting tender status, progress, and bidding pipeline.
  • Assess qualification parameters including net worth, experience in similar works, and compliance requirements as per tender conditions.
  • Handle both manual and e-tendering processes efficiently and in accordance with client procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate information gathering and effective bid preparation for a competitive edge.

  • Proficiency in technical evaluation and competitive bidding processes.
  • Experience in preparing BOQs, financial bids, and comprehensive tender documentation.

  • Excellent planning, scheduling, and coordination abilities.
  • Skilled in using e-tendering portals and managing end-to-end submission processes.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
