  • Partner with Product Planning, Finance, and Platform teams to manage change requests, assess cost impacts, and align business cases.
  • Lead data-driven resource management, forecasting workload, budget utilization, and risks.
  • Consolidate investments, plan gateways and milestones, and maintain governance through regular reviews with leadership.
  • Build strong stakeholder alignment across Platforms
  • Plan gateways, functional milestones and deliverables, managing constraints to ensure delivery to program timing and budget with maximum effectiveness.
