Roles, Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Supervision of construction work in the area of responsibility:

  • Work on the current construction site under the direction of the Director to ensure that the project of M.E.P & HVAC is completed safely on time.
  • Documentation work, Manpower reporting, FQR (Field Quality Report), NCR (Nonconformance Report), QFR (Quality failure report) work.
  • Deliver and monitor the supervisors/ Engineers instructions to subcontractors and workers in each area of responsibility to monitor and report on quality and schedule.
  • Good knowledge of factory and warehouse construction.

Monitoring (Process Control, Quality Control, Time Management, Facility Team Member):

  • Preparation of construction processes for smooth work at site
  • Quality Control (Conducting quality and safety inspections and site safety)
  • Ensure the timely completion of works as per schedule.
  • Follow the instruction by Management Team Member & Director.
  • Proper & timely reporting to Director & Management Team Member.

VENDOR MANAGEMENT (Compliance):

  • Promptly report daily and field problems to the Director and work as directed.

REPORT MANAGEMENT:

  • Checking and preparing site reports and maintain the documents drawings for related area wise.
