Job Title: Application Analyst – IT Systems Analyst

Contract: 6 Months

Location: Remote (occasional office visits, 1–2 times a month)

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Role Overview:

We are seeking an Application Analyst – IT Systems Analyst (6-month contract) to support and maintain non-clinical business applications. The role involves daily operations, troubleshooting, upgrades, testing, and documentation, ensuring applications remain stable, secure, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of non-clinical applications (design, build, test, update).
  • Troubleshoot issues, support implementations, and perform software updates.
  • Participate in system testing, validation, and UAT with end users.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support application stability.
  • Maintain documentation and follow change management procedures.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for urgent off-hours support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of IT experience in application/system analysis and support.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with non-clinical business applications (risk management, compliance, incident reporting, facilities, POS, etc.).
  • Ability to learn new applications quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹80, ₹90,000.00 per month
