Role & responsibilities

1.Responsible for server and overall system maintenance.

2.Installation and maintenance of CCTV systems ,including backup.

3.Troubleshooting and maintaining firewall security systems.

4.Maintenance of network switches.

5.Handling WAN and LAN configuration tasks.

6.Configuration of ISP routers and managing DSL,ADSL and ISL settings.

7.Performing regular system backups and server backups.

8.Managing SQL database (DB) backups and file server backups.

9.Maintenance of Intercom systems.

10.Managing IT asset and accessories procurement.

11.Installation and troubleshooting of operating systems(OS).

12.Responsible for configuring and managing IP addresses within the network.

13.Maintain the DHCP protocol to ensure proper automatic IP allocation.

14.Oversee the maintenance and servicing of UPS systems .

15.Host and manage zoom meetings ,including scheduling and technical support.

16.Maintain MOM( Minutes Of Meeting) for each zoom meeting conducted.

17.Install, configure and maintain biometric systems and servers.

18.Handle the installation ,configuration and maintenance of printers including network and desktop.

19.Perform regular installation and maintenance tasks for all IT- related systems and manage monthly recurring IT payments.

20.Monitor and follow up on network bill payments to ensure timely processing.
