Position: Accounts Executive

Location: Faridabad

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Experience Required: 2-3 years

Client: Personal Care brand

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounts professional to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting tasks including journal entries, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, receipts, and payroll.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  • Support in preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors during audits.
  • Maintain and update accounting software and systems (e.g., Tally, BG).
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA / MBA preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, BG, MS Excel).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
