Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for selling our ecommerce development services to B2B clients (especially ecommerce brands, Amazon sellers, SMEs, and international businesses).
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads in the ecommerce and retail sectors (India & global markets).
- Pitch Migrow's ecommerce development solutions and service packages to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle negotiations and close deals.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client needs are met.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential for tracking sales performance and managing client data.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales / business development (preferably in IT or ecommerce).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of ecommerce platforms, online selling, or digital solutions.
- Self-driven with a result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
