Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and occupancy targets across assigned properties.
- Create and execute market-specific sales plans and pricing strategies.
- Lead, train, and motivate on-ground teams to deliver business goals.
- Track revenue performance and ensure process adherence.
- Ensure seamless execution of central processes and standards at the cluster level.
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2C/B2B Sales & Marketing experience (startup or hospitality preferred).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong local market understanding.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced setup.
- Proven experience in team management and driving performance.
