Account Executive- Audit

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits as per company and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain books of accounts, vouchers, and financial statements.
  • Perform ledger scrutiny, reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer), and ensure accurate posting of entries.
  • Support in budget preparation, variance analysis, and MIS reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Work closely with auditors to provide data, resolve queries, and ensure timely closure of audits.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CMA Inter / CA Inter (or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally / SAP / ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,972.74 per month
