Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an IT Recruitment Specialist (Freelance). The specialist will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring IT professionals for various roles. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring processes, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Technology Recruitment, IT Recruitment, and Recruiting
  • Strong skills in Hiring and Communication
  • Previous experience in remote recruitment is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring processes effectively
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
