We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of client needs and industry trends, with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships while showcasing design expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client needs and preferences to develop tailored interior design proposals and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and architects.
  • Conduct B2B and B2C meetings to generate and close business opportunities.
  • Provide technical presentations and demonstrate how products/services satisfy client requirements.
  • Identify and pursue new client leads, while nurturing existing accounts.
  • Manage sales pipeline and conversions to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to establish and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in interior design or building and construction sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Creativity and attention to detail with an understanding of functional and aesthetic design elements.
  • Confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
  • Ability to listen actively and provide clear, concise information to clients.
  • Knowledge of building and construction materials/processes is a plus.
  • Results-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
