Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of interiors for our Co-Living spaces and Holiday Homes. The role demands a perfect balance of design innovation, project management, and cost-effectiveness, ensuring our residents and guests enjoy comfortable and aesthetic living environments.

What You'll Do:

Design and develop creative concepts for co-living and holiday homes aligned with our brand.

Manage projects end-to-end – from planning to final handover.

Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and suppliers for seamless execution.

Optimize layouts for shared spaces, rooms, and leisure areas.

Source, negotiate, and manage vendors while ensuring quality and budget adherence.

Keep up with the latest trends in interiors, sustainability, and modern living spaces.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design / Architecture.

4–8 years of experience in residential, hospitality, or co-living interiors.

Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max (or similar tools).

Excellent project management, vendor handling, and budgeting skills.

Creative mindset with practical execution ability.
