Overview

Summary

The Marketing Analytics Manager has a strong understanding of full-funnel performance metrics and attribution modeling, and is responsible for data pulling and analytics to support the overall marketing team in the measurement of pipeline support. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing technology, data analysis, and project management.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in reporting, data analytics, or a related role
  • Proficient in the English language (written/verbal)
  • Proficiency in CRM (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel)
  • Excellent project management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Desired/Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Hubspot, Google Analytics, 6Sense, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce
  • Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Background in enterprise technology, SaaS, or channel/partner marketing environments.
Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  • Develops and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics
  • Delivers recurring reports on pipeline trends, partner MDF impact, ABM performance, and conversion metrics
  • Supports MDF-funded partner campaigns (i.e. Cisco, Dell, Genesys, etc.) by tracking influenced and sourced pipeline
  • Creates templates and visualizations to quantify ROI and optimize future co-marketing spend
  • Ensures data integrity and accuracy within marketing systems
  • Conducts data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategy
  • Identifies opportunities to streamline and optimize marketing reporting and data analytics
  • Documents standard reporting procedures for marketing leads, pipeline support, and performance
