Role & responsibilities

  • Implementation of Company process and Policies in RMC division.
  • Ensure work is being done in a control environment as per HSE SOP
  • Production planning, scheduling.
  • Man power planning and deployment.
  • Plant and TM allocation as per production needs.
  • Ensure the MPCB guidelines are implemented all across the RMC plant.
  • Ensure the all required permission and legal statutory requirements are met.
  • Coordination with cross functional team for smooth execution of concrete supplies.
  • Production Cost control and Raw material waste management
  • Optimization of utilization of TM and plant.
  • Ensure and implement the methods to reduce the impact on the environment due to RMC operations.
  • Ensure the documentation and update as per IMS requirement
  • Monitor the day to day Operation of RMC plant and take corrective measures to ensure site requirement are met.
  • Make MRM report
