Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Costing Engineer, located in Bengaluru. The Costing Engineer will be responsible for analyzing costs, preparing estimates, and developing strategies to optimize costs for various projects in Railways signalling and Traction. Key day-to-day tasks include assessing material, preparing detailed cost breakdowns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cost-efficiency and project feasibility.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in cost estimation and analysis
  • Experience in cost management and optimization techniques
  • Proficient in using cost estimation software and tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Relevant experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus
