Job Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for following-:

  • Should / Zero based costing of E&E components.
  • Support in RFQ development & conduct quote analysis.
  • Business case preparation and opportunity gap assessment.
  • Standard template creation
  • Global Database development to capture should costing inputs.

Desired Profile

  • Knowledge of manufacturing process & raw materials
  • Knowledge related manufacturing of Wiring Harness, PCBA, electromechanical components.
  • Able to read and understand Engineering drawings along with technical specifications.
  • Should costing of E&E components. (Knowledge of calculating raw material, MHR (machine hour rate), cycle time, etc. to develop target cost)
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (specifically excel).
  • Manufacturing costing template preparation & Automation
