Skill Sets / Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 10+2 / Graduate holders
  • BPO International calling experience is a must
  • Good communication skills
  • Must have basic computer knowledge
  • Flexibility to work in shifts (day/night/rotational)
  • Willingness to work on weekends/public holidays (as per business needs).
  • Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to handle pressure and extended shifts
  • US Healthcare knowledge is preferred
  • A.R callers (Added Advantage)
  • US Insurance Eligibility & Benefit Verification knowledge (Added Advantage)
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in any of the above criteria preferred
  • Exposure in handling US & UK customers
