Job Responsibilities:-

  • Handle customer queries via voice support
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Help US Doctors and hospitals with proper documentation for their empanelment.
  • Regular follow up via phone or email.
  • Taking international calls.
  • Keeps one updated with latest US healthcare rules & regulations.
  • Applies critical thinking and critical decision making for completing tasks.

Eligibility Criteria:-

  • Education: HSC (12th pass) or above
  • Communication: Excellent verbal English skills
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Work Environment:-

  • Work from Office only (Kolkata)
  • Rotational Shifts / Night Shifts based on business needs
  • Two weekly offs
  • Outstation candidates must relocate (Relocation address required)

Compensation & Benefits:-

  • CTC: 3 To 5.4LPA
  • Shift Allowance as per company policy
  • Saturday / Sunday Fixed Off
  • Transportation Provided
