Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Representative at Jaks Pharma Pvt Ltd, based in Maharashtra, India. The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with physicians and healthcare providers, educating them on product features and benefits, achieving sales targets, and staying informed about market trends and competitor activities. Regular reporting and collaboration with the sales and marketing teams will also be essential.

Qualifications

  • Sales and communication skills, including the ability to present products effectively and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals
  • An understanding of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and market dynamics
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for managing appointments and achieving sales targets
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market trends and identify business opportunities
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related healthcare role is a strong advantage
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Maharashtra region
