We are seeking a Sr. Scientific Executive/Asst. Manager – Scientific/Deputy Manager – Scientific to join our Medical Affairs team. This role involves driving medical initiatives, supporting product launches, providing scientific support, and engaging with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality medical information.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Launch:

· Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and prepare medical manuals and presentations.

· Deliver impactful new product launch presentations to the marketing team and field force, including technical insights.

Query Resolution:

· Address queries from field representatives and doctors, ensuring strong customer relationships.

· Provide relevant scientific support to resolve complex queries effectively.

Scientific Support:

· Stay updated with the latest scientific developments, therapy area guidelines, and landmark trials.

· Provide technical support to marketing and sales teams, validating medical content for accuracy.

· Prepare prescribing information and organize CME kits, including PowerPoint presentations and key references.

Training:

· Conduct training sessions for new hires and refresher courses for medical representatives to disseminate medical knowledge effectively.

New Product Ideation:

· Provide medical rationale for new product launches and suggest innovative dosage forms, indication expansions, and novel product ideas.

Publications:

· Prepare and publish manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals, including original research and review articles.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Education: M.Pharm in Pharmacology is mandatory.

· Experience: Minimum 2 years in a relevant role.

· Skills:

o Strong knowledge of medical and scientific concepts.

o Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

o Proficiency in preparing medical literature, presentations, and publications.

o Ability to collaborate across teams and maintain customer focus.
