Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach new customers to generate sales.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.
  • Promote and demonstrate company products to retailers, distributors, and end customers.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management.
  • Expand product visibility in the market through effective merchandising.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide solutions promptly.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Good knowledge of the FMCG/retail market.
  • Target-driven and result-oriented approach.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Word for reporting.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in any stream (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales (FMCG/retail experience is an added advantage).
