Position: HR Recruiter/IT Recruitment

Work Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT recruitment

Location: Pune

Company: Privacera India Pvt Ltd

Job Type: Contract role for 6 months. (Based on performance, this position may be converted to on roll)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels
  • Conducting screening- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization
  • Collaborating with department managers to identify hiring needs.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Create and manage job postings on various platforms
  • Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring all candidate information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter for IT roles. Working experience in IT product based organisation will be an added advantage
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Must have working knowledge of any ATS
  • Work experience in a placement consultancy will not be considered

Hybrid working
