We are looking for a skilled Chef De Partie South Indian with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in the Hospitality industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with other chefs to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop new recipes and menus to keep culinary offerings fresh.
- Manage inventory of spices, herbs, and other ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine, including cooking techniques and ingredient combinations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
- Ability to maintain attention to detail and quality standards.
