Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive
Audit Lead
to manage end-to-end audit assignments and finalization of accounts independently. The ideal candidate will oversee client audits, ensure compliance with auditing standards, and guide the audit team to deliver accurate, high-quality results. This role involves direct client interaction, mentoring junior staff, and driving process improvements across audit operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage and complete the finalization of accounts and full-cycle client audits.
  • Lead, guide, and mentor audit teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality deliverables.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute audits of financial statements, internal controls, and operational processes in compliance with applicable laws and standards.
  • Identify key risks, provide actionable recommendations, and support clients in strengthening internal controls and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports, present findings to clients, and follow up on corrective measures.
  • Ensure full compliance with auditing standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve audit issues and enhance audit readiness and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    CA Final (Articleship completed), CA Inter, or currently pursuing CA.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 3 years of Articleship experience for CA candidates.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of auditing principles, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven experience in leading audit engagements and managing teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, audit tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication, reporting, and presentation abilities.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a commitment to quality.
