The CA Inter professional is responsible for assisting in accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial reporting activities. The role involves ensuring compliance with accounting standards, supporting statutory audits, and contributing to the accuracy and integrity of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and finalizing financial statements as per accounting standards.
  • Maintain general ledgers and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
  • Handle accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Support statutory, internal, and tax audit processes.
  • Prepare and file GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns within deadlines.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights for management decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Verify supporting documents for all accounting transactions.
  • Liaise with auditors, consultants, and other external agencies as required.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Participate in internal control review and process improvement initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and taxation.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP
  • Excellent MS Excel and analytical skills.
  • Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax laws.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • CA Intermediate (completed one or both groups).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Articleship or relevant experience in accounting/audit firm preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
