Job description

1. Creative Design

- Conceptualize and create visually compelling designs.

- Develop design themes, layouts, and templates.

2. Moodboarding & Conceptualization

- Generate mood boards to communicate ideas and themes.

- Work on conceptual design and brainstorming sessions.

3. Design Research & Collaboration

- Benchmark industry trends and gather inspiration.

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams for effective communication.

4. Motion Design

- Create animations and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.

5. Design Quality Assurance

- Ensure consistency in color theory, typography, and design language.

- Conduct quality checks for deliverables.

6. Training & Leadership

- Train junior designers and external stakeholders.

7. Client Interaction

- Understand client guidelines and deliver projects aligned with expectations.

- Communicate through emails, virtual meetings, and in-office discussions.

8. Workflow Management

- Familiarity with design basics, file formats, and organizational processes.

Tools & Platforms

- Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, SaaS tools

- Presentation Tools: PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote

- Office Tools: MS Office Suite

Qualifications

- Graduate or postgraduate in professional design (Fine Arts, Graphics, Visual Communication, or related fields).

- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and file formats.

- Ability to work as per IST timings with flexibility based on organizational needs.
