  • Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call targets and conversion goals.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required.
  • Support marketing campaigns and assist in customer engagement activities
