About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive cum HR Executive. This role involves 80% Business Development and 20% HR coordination work. The ideal candidate should be passionate about client interaction, business growth, and recruitment coordination.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development (80%)
- Identify and acquire new clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable recruitment or business solutions.
- Maintain and update the client database regularly.
HR & Recruitment (20%)
- Search and connect with potential candidates from the existing database.
- Share suitable candidate profiles with clients based on their requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate records and follow up for interview feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in Business Development / Recruitment (freshers can apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Work Details:
- Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office
- Location: Bhumkar Chowk, Wakad, Pune
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (9.30 to 6.30 pm)
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹22,055.67 per month
