Job Title: HR cum AdminLocation: Pune, MaharashtraCompany: Design LyricMonday to Friday – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PMJob Summary:We are looking for a proactive and organized HR cum Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks at Design Lyric. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and general office administration to ensure smooth business operations.Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.Coordinate payroll data, salary slips, and employee benefits.Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.Administration:Oversee office operations, stationery, and inventory management.Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance.Manage travel arrangements, event logistics, and meeting coordination.Ensure adherence to office discipline, hygiene, and safety standards.Support management in preparing reports, documents, and scheduling.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.1–3 years of experience in HR and office administration.Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR tools.Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and handle confidential information responsibly.
