Job Description:

  • Operate and monitor the blow film extrusion machine.
  • Set machine parameters like temperature, speed, and air pressure.
  • Load raw materials (poly granules) into the extruder.
  • Check film thickness, width, and quality during production.
  • Adjust machine settings to maintain consistent output.
  • Record daily production and material usage.
  • Identify and report machine faults or material issues.
  • Ensure proper cooling, winding, and film cutting.
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
  • Support maintenance and quality teams when required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in blow film extrusion operation is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹23,000.00 per month
