**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor Rotogravure printing machines with ARC systems.
- Set up print jobs including cylinder changes, ink mixing, and substrate alignment.
- Ensure accurate color registration and print quality throughout the production run.
- Perform machine calibration, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Monitor ink viscosity, tension control, and drying systems.
- Collaborate with the QC team to maintain print standards and resolve defects.
- Maintain production logs and shift reports accurately.
- Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and quality protocols.
- Train junior operators or assistants as needed.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **5 years** of experience operating Rotogravure printing machines with ARC systems (e.g., BST eltromat, Futec, or similar).
- Strong understanding of color theory, substrate types (PVC, PET, BOPP, etc.), and ink compatibility.
- Knowledge of machine setup, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read job orders, specs, and conduct visual and technical quality checks.
- Experience in flexible packaging or plastic film printing is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and ARC interface handling.

**Preferred Experience With**:

- Brands like **Bobst, Uteco, Pelican, Rotomec**, or equivalent.
- Web guiding systems, tension controllers, and inline inspection systems.
- ISO/GMP/5S-compliant working environments.

**Compensation**:
