Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical layout designer with strong technical knowledge and leadership abilities. The ideal candidate should be proficient in 3D design and technical drawings, possess in-depth knowledge of materials, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. This role requires the ability to manage teams, handle pressure, and ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the design and technical team to deliver projects on time.
  • Create and review technical drawings, layouts, and 3D designs.
  • Apply strong material knowledge to ensure feasibility, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to align project requirements.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards.
  • Handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Support scalability of operations by improving processes and workflows.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and motivation to team members.
  • Participate in decision-making and problem-solving for technical challenges.
  • Travel as required for client meetings, site visits, or vendor coordination.
