Position: Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Faridabad

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1st and 3rd work from home)

Experience Required: 3+ years

Client: Personal Care brand

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead the design vision across all digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, website, paid ads).
  • Create high-quality designs for reels, carousels, static posts, stories, campaigns, and offline creatives.
  • Conceptualize and execute brand campaigns in collaboration with the marketing and content teams.
  • Develop visual identities, packaging designs, and digital assets that align with client's premium positioning.
  • Manage end-to-end design execution — from concept sketches to final deliverables.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers to maintain a consistent design language.
  • Stay updated with design trends, typography, and motion graphics to keep client's content fresh and relevant.
  • Work closely with photographers, videographers, and external agencies to deliver polished campaign outputs.
  • Ensure all creatives meet deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Support in designing for events, product launches, and influencer campaigns.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (must-have).
  • Good knowledge of InDesign for layouts and print design.
  • Familiarity with AI-based design tools is a plus.
  • Strong sense of typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • 3–5 years of relevant design experience preferred.
