The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful implementation of strategic business initiatives.

The role will involve business analytics and the development of e-commerce capabilities to enhance the company's market presence and operational efficiency.

A) Market Research and Analysis:

a) Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends in the biomass industry.

b) Analyze competitors and market demands to inform business strategy.

B) Client Relationship Management:

a) Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

b) Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

C) Sales and Business Development:

a) Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth objectives.

b) Identify and pursue new sales leads and prospects.

c) Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.

D) E-commerce Development:

a) Enhance the companys e-commerce capabilities to improve sales and customer experience.

b) Implement and manage online sales platforms including GeM, Trade India, India Mart,

c) Tender Portals of individual companies.

E) Business Analytics:

a) Utilize business analytics to drive decision-making and improve business performance.

b) Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

F) Project Management:

a) Oversee the implementation of business development projects from inception to completion.

b) Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project goals are met till the Client is Onboarded by maintaining dashboards for tracking progress.

G) Reporting and Documentation:

a) Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes including monthly reviews.

b) Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and business development activities.

c) Maintain all NCNDAs, MOUs and Agreements of Clients till closure.
