Role & responsibilities:-


• Daily monitoring and management of SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, and field devices (switches, firewalls, routers, etc.).

• Execution of SOP-based preventive maintenance and daily health checks.

• Incident resolution and basic diagnostics.

• Coordination with L2/L3 teams and internal teams for escalations.

• Coordinate with vendors for troubleshooting and resolution of OT asset issues.

• Conduct first-level diagnostics and troubleshooting for OT-related alerts or failures.

• Maintain logs of all issues, vendor escalations, and resolution timelines.

• Assist in predictive analysis by identifying recurring issues or performance degradation signs.

• Provide periodic status and issue reports to OT leads and Actin backend support.

Preferred candidate profile:-

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
  • 1- 3 years of experience in OT networks / plant-level automation systems.
  • Working knowledge of basic SCADA systems and PLC interfacing.
  • Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools and basic configuration knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with plant personnel and vendors.
