As a Counter Sales Executive at Saanchi's Silver Trends, you will be responsible for providing a world-class shopping experience to our customers, showcasing our jewelry collections, and driving sales. You will play a key role in creating long-lasting relationships with our customers while ensuring a seamless and pleasant shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance in selecting jewelry that suits their preferences and needs.

- Actively engage with customers to understand their requirements and recommend products accordingly.

- Achieve sales targets by upselling and cross-selling various jewelry items.

- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the product range, including features, benefits, and pricing.

- Ensure that the display counter is well-organized, visually appealing, and stocked with the latest collections.

- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage customer receipts.

- Assist customers in the fitting and selection of jewelry, ensuring proper sizing and comfort.

- Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

- Maintain the store's cleanliness and presentation according to company standards.

- Coordinate with the management team to monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.

- Promote special offers, discounts, and store events to customers.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers at once.
