Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Counsel located in Chennai. The Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, and handling legal issues related to the company's operations. The role involves contract negotiation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and representing the company in legal matters.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Law and analyzing legal issues
  • Experience with Contract Negotiation
  • Skills in Legal Document Preparation and providing Legal Advice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the healthcare or export industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
