Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager - Billing, located in Durgapur. The position involves managing overall billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of patient bills, and adherence to regulatory guidelines. The General Manager - Billing will oversee revenue cycle processes, develop and implement billing policies, and lead a team to ensure seamless coordination across departments. In addition, the role includes analyzing billing trends, preparing financial reports, resolving billing disputes, and maintaining service excellence in line with organizational goals.

  • Strong knowledge of billing processes, regulatory compliance, and revenue cycle management
  • Leadership and team management skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams
  • Analytical skills for monitoring billing trends, generating financial reports, and resolving issues
  • Proficiency in hospital billing software and familiarity with modern billing practices
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Experience in healthcare billing or hospital administration is a plu
