Job Summary:

We are hiring a motivated and confident Call Center Executive to handle on-call product sales in the Bengali language. The role involves engaging with potential customers, explaining product details, and converting calls into successful sales — all from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers in Bengali.
  • Present and explain product features and offers clearly.
  • Convince and convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain a record of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle objections professionally.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in Bengali (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of Hindi or English is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in telecalling or telesales preferred.
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
  • Must have a laptop/mobile with internet access and a quiet workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
