Please note the mandatory requirement: candidates must have strong Conversation and Interpretation/Translation experience in Japanese.

As the Bridge Engineer role 
requires strong document translation skills:

  • The candidate must have experience in 
    Technical Interpretation.
  • The candidate should be fluent and confident in the 
    Japanese language during the interview.
  • The candidate must be able to read Japanese newspapers and other 
    Japanese documents.
  • The candidate should be well-prepared for 
    Translation tasks.
  • The candidate must be proficient in translating 
    Japanese to English and English to Japanese.
  • We are looking for someone with an IT background who is 
    familiar with software terminology and understands the software development process.

     certification required for seamless translation and communication.
  2. Technical Translation Skills
     – Proven ability to translate technical documents, specifications, and discussions accurately.

Good to Have Skills:

  1. Programming Knowledge
     – Familiarity with 
    C#, C++, or Java
    .
  2. Client Interaction & Issue Resolution
     – Experience managing client communications, updates, and technical clarifications.
  3. Team Leadership
     – Hands-on experience leading a small technical team (2–4 members).
