MEP Technician

Experience Required: Minimum 2 to 4 years

We are looking for a skilled MEP Technician with hands-on experience in building maintenance. The candidate should be capable of handling electrical, plumbing, and basic mechanical systems efficiently.

Qualification ITI/DIPLOMA

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical maintenance for buildings and facilities
• Identify and rectify electrical faults promptly and safely
• Carry out plumbing maintenance and minor repairs
• Handle STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) operations and routine checks
• Perform swimming pool maintenance, including cleaning and chemical balance
• Ensure preventive maintenance and follow safety standards
• Maintain records of maintenance work and report issues to the supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience as an MEP Technician
• Good knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance
• Basic understanding of plumbing systems
• Experience in STP operations and pool maintenance preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 24 hour shift 15days duty 15days off

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹32,260.69 per month
