JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Design, install, and maintain HVAC systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, Ducting). - Coordinate with contractors, technicians, suppliers, and project teams. - Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment. - Conduct load calculations, system sizing, and prepare technical drawings. - Manage testing, commissioning, and balancing of HVAC systems. - Monitor system performance and recommend energy-efficient solutions. - Ensure compliance with Singapore safety standards, regulations, and code QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS - 15 years experience in HVAC engineering, MEP projects, or building services. - Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, controls, ducting, piping, and refrigeration systems. - Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field. - Ability to read MEP drawings, schematics, and blueprints. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, HVAC design software, and MS Office. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and field coordination skills.
