AI Engineer
to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects that transform government services through cutting-edge AI/ML technologies.

About the Role

As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing intelligent software solutions by leveraging foundation models to automate and optimize critical workflows. You will collaborate with domain experts, data scientists, and ML engineers to integrate advanced AI into both existing and new systems. The role provides a unique chance to experiment with the latest models, explore innovative ideas, and create products that directly improve citizen experiences by streamlining government services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize and adapt foundation models (particularly in vision and data extraction) as building blocks for developing impactful products that enhance government service delivery.
  • Design, build, and deploy intelligent AI-driven workflows to automate and optimize core processes. This includes the full lifecycle from conceptualization and design to implementation and monitoring.
  • Enhance model evaluation and monitoring methodologies to ensure robust, reliable performance while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated with advancements in AI and foundation models, applying new techniques and technologies to strengthen solutions.

Skills & Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in programming languages such as Python or Scala.
  • Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization, and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience tuning and deploying foundation models, especially for vision tasks and data extraction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down challenges into practical solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
