Position : AI Manager

Total Experience : 8y to 16y

Location : Chennai (Re-location Expenses reimbursed)

Work Mode : Hybrid (3 days in Office)

Joining : Immediate to 30 days

Interview Process : 3 Tech rounds, Fitment round, HR round.

Important : Product Company Experience is a must, preferred engineering product :

a) Lead and mentor a team of algorithm engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and success.

b) Develop and maintain the infrastructure required for the deployment and execution of algorithms at scale.

c) Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to design and implement robust and scalable algorithmic solutions.

d) Optimize algorithm performance and resource utilization to meet business objectives.

e) Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in algorithm engineering and infrastructure technologies, and apply them to improve our systems.

f) Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements :

a) Phd with 6 yrs industry exp or M.Tech + 8 yrs experience or B.tech + 10 yrs experience.

b) Minimum 1 yrs experience working as a Manager/Lead

c) 8yr+ in Machine learning, Artificial intelligence, Deep learning.

d) 2 to 3 years exp in Image processing & Computer vision (MUST Have)

e) Product/Semi-conductor/Hardware Manufacturing company experience (MUST Have)

f) 8Yr+ experience in programming languages such as Python, C++ and CUDA. (MUST Have)

g) Experience with high performance computing, parallel programming and distributed systems.

h) Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading engineering teams.

i) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

j) Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

k) Experience with GPU architecture and algo development toolkit like Docker, Apptainer.

Minimum Qualifications :

a) BE/BS/BTech/MS/MTech degree in Computer Science/SW Engg/Electronics/Electrical Engg from a Tier1/Tier2 Institute

b) CGPA >= 8 during Bachelors and/or Masters
