Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Interaction & Counseling
  • Guide students and parents about academic programs, courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and career prospects.
  • Understand students' educational background, interests, and goals to suggest suitable programs.
  • Admission Process Handling
  • Assist students with application forms, documentation, and admission requirements.
  • Explain fee structures, scholarships, and payment plans.
  • Ensure timely collection and verification of required documents.
  • Lead Generation & Follow-ups
  • Reach out to potential students via calls, emails, or counseling sessions.
  • Follow up with inquiries, leads, and walk-ins to convert them into enrollments.
  • Maintain a database of leads and update CRM systems.
  • Campus Tours & Orientation
  • Conduct campus tours for prospective students and parents.
  • Coordinate orientation sessions for newly admitted students.
  • Collaboration & Coordination
  • Work with academic departments and management to align counseling with institutional policies.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for admissions campaigns.
  • Target Achievement
  • Meet admission and enrollment targets as set by the institution.
  • Support in achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly admission goals.
  • Market Research & Promotion
  • Stay updated with competitor institutions and industry trends.
  • Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities.
  • Student Support
  • Provide career guidance and resolve admission-related queries.
  • Build trustful relationships with students and parents.
