Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Marketing Manager located in Chennai. The HR Marketing Manager will oversee employer branding initiatives, employee relations, and internal communication strategies. The person in this role will also coordinate marketing activities that align with HR objectives, develop programs to enhance employee engagement, and support recruitment efforts.
Qualifications
- Skills in Employer Branding and Marketing
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and Employee Relations
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in event management or youth programs is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
