Roles And Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via
    phone, chat, or email
    .
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right tools and resources.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and with empathy.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex queries and ensure timely resolution.
