Role & responsibilities

  • Monitor and control plant operations via DCS system.
  • Take immediate corrective actions on process deviations.
  • Maintain DCS logbook and shift records accurately.
  • Coordinate effectively with process engineers and field operators.
  • Report abnormalities promptly to the section head.

  • Support during plant emergencies as per HRRLs emergency response plan.

  • Experience in Refinery / Petrochemical industries. Familiar with day-to-day operations and maintenance requirements,

  • Familarity with PLC / DCS based control system shall also be required.

Preferred candidate profile

  • B.E./ B.Tech in Chemical / Instrumentation / Petrochemical / Mechanical Engineering, M.Sc Chemistry.
  • Hands-on experience in DCS operations (Honeywell, Yokogawa, etc.).
  • Fluent in Hindi and English.
  • Vigilant, proactive, and safety-conscious.
