We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Post-Activity Head to lead and elevate our post-academic enrichment programs.

Position Overview:

The Post-Activity Head will be responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating all extracurricular activities at the school, specifically in the areas of dance, music, art, and sports. This individual will play a key role in developing and executing a comprehensive co-curricular program that supports students' creative expression, physical well-being, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Coordination
• Oversee and mentor the school's Dance, Music, Art, and Sports faculty.
• Develop and maintain a yearly calendar of events, competitions, and performances.
• Facilitate collaboration between departments to create integrated projects and showcase events.
• Program Development
• Design engaging after-school programs and workshops that foster talent and creativity.
• Introduce new initiatives that align with global standards in arts and sports education.
• Ensure inclusivity and participation across all student levels.
• Event Management
• Plan and execute school-wide cultural and sporting events (e.g., Annual Day, Sports Day, Art Exhibitions).
• Coordinate with external trainers, artists, and coaches as needed.
• Monitoring & Evaluation
• Set performance benchmarks and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Monitor student participation and progress in extracurricular activities.
• Maintain records and reports for all programs and events.
• Safety & Discipline
• Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe, inclusive, and positive environment.
• Uphold school discipline standards and encourage sportsmanship and teamwork.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Performing Arts, Physical Education, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5 years of experience in co-curricular program management, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for student development and holistic education.
• Ability to work flexible hours for events and after-school activities.
