Job Tittle - Software Developer P3/P4

Location - Coimbatore

Experience - P3 (5 to 8 years) & P4 (8 to 12 years)

Salary - P3 upto 15.4 LPA inclusive of 10% variable

P4 upto 22.9 LPA
inclusive of 10% variable

Role & responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using 
    Selenium WebDriver with C#
    .
  • Implement and enhance test automation frameworks (BDD, Data-driven, Keyword-driven, Modular-driven).
  • Perform 
    API testing
     using Postman, ReadyAPI, or SOAPUI, ensuring accuracy and reliability of backend services.
  • Integrate automated tests into the 
    CI/CD pipeline
     to enable continuous testing and faster delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to derive clear test specifications.
  • Work with 
    DevOps tools
     (JIRA, Zephyr, XRAY, Sauce Labs, BrowserStack) to track progress and execute tests across environments.
  • Conduct 
    root cause analysis
     of defects, create detailed bug reports, and communicate findings effectively to the development team.
  • Ensure automation coverage and maintain reusable test libraries for scalability.
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and provide accurate test estimations.
  • Continuously research and adopt new tools/techniques to improve automation efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience
    : 5 to 12 years of proven experience in Automation Testing (Selenium with C# mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of 
    automation frameworks
     and scripting best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in 
    API testing
     and validation tools.
  • Exposure to 
    CI/CD pipelines
     and cloud-based execution platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
  • Familiarity with 
    Agile/Scrum
     methodology and collaborative working style.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent 
    communication and stakeholder management skills
    .
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
